Our History

AW Martin’s 24-hour service has been providing water mitigation and mold remediation to residential and corporate clients since 2008 throughout Central NJ and Eastern PA. We have experience restoring damage from flooding, ice damage, hurricanes, plumbing and sewer malfunctions, mold and toxic contaminants. AW Martin Construction, Inc. works with insurance providers, using Xactimate estimating formats, and in-house and third-party estimators. AW Martin Construction, Inc. maintains state-of-the-art technology including Rapid Structural Drying, guided by infrared moisture meters to identify water saturation levels on all surfaces and, as well as “hidden” moisture inside walls, ceilings, carpet padding and under concrete slabs. AW Martin Construction technicians are IICRC trained and certified, equipped with state-of-the-art personal protection equipment, experienced in the restoration field, and covered for workman’s comp and liability.

Tony Martin and his team did an outstanding job.  Tony and  AJ, his project manager, came out initially and scoped the job in detail, gave suggestions, then provided a comprehensive proposal which laid out everything in detail.
